Product characteristics
1. Tissue: Human brain microvessels.
2. Cell growth pattern: Cells are spindle-shaped and slender
3. Size/Quantity: Each vial contains >1× 106 cells in 1ml volume
4. Contamination: Mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi tests are negative.
5. Packaging: 1ml of cryopreserved cell suspension or T-25 flask.
Cell culture instructions Preparation
1. Preparing Complete culture system of endothelial cells (ECM， recommended PriMed-iCell-002)
2. Culture conditions: gas phase: air, 95%; CO2, 5%. Temperature: 37℃, incubator humidity: 70% - 80%.
3. Cryopreservation solution: 90% FBS, 10% DMSO, prepare it when it needs to be used.
